This no cook combination is the perfect way to get an easy, healthy meal bursting with flavor.

Wintery Raw Veggie Salad

Prep Time: 15 minutes  |  Cook Time: None!  |  Serves: 2


  • 1 small bunch radishes
  • 1 small bunch turnips
  • 3 whole carrots
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 6 stalks parsley
  • 2 lemons
  • 6 oz raw almonds
  • 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp red wine vinegar


  1. Thinly slice the radishes, turnips, and carrots using a mandolin, grater, or a knife.
  2. Finely chop green onion and parsely.
  3. Juice the lemons, combining with the olive oil and red wine vinegar. Adjust the ratios to taste.
  4. Toss all ingredients.
