For our monthly team potluck last week Grocery Add-ons Team Lead Ree Paw made one of her go-to dishes, Pad Kra Pao (Pork & Holy Basil Stir Fry). Lucky for us (and you!) she agreed to share her recipe.

This recipe is super quick and packed full of flavor thanks to thai chilis (straight from Ree’s garden!) and holy basil (from Crystal Organic Farm). Ree makes hers with ground pork, but ground chicken, turkey or beef can easily be substituted.

  • 1/4 lb chili peppers, diced (adjust amount based on spice preference)
  • 2 tsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tsp duck sauce

  3. Stir in chili peppers, cook another 1-2 minutes
  4. Add ground meat and stir until browned and cooked through
  5. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, and duck sauce and stir-fry for another minute (If the stir-fry is sticking to the pan, add a splash of water or broth as you’re cooking)
