Chili-Lime Melon Salad

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cook Time: 0 minutes | Serves: 2-4
Ingredients
- 1 cantaloupe, seeded and sliced into wedges
- juice from 1/2 a lime + more to taste
- 1/2-1 teaspoon chili powder
- coarse sea salt
- minced cilantro (as much or as little as you like!)
Preparation
- Sprinkle the sliced melon with the lime juice, chili powder, salt and cilantro.
- Serve at room temperature.
